Unfortunately, despite our best attempts to carefully package your order, sometimes damages occur! No problem… Just contact our Customer Services Team and they will resolve the issue within 24hours.

Returns & Exchange Policy: 

 

Our customer services team ensure our customers stay happy, and our warehouse team work 7 days a week to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition.

Sometimes things get broken or damaged during transit and we have a simple policy that our customers appreciate. Send a picture of any damaged items to admin@nitaar.com, and we will send you a replacement. It’s as simple as that!

We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours and you can call us on +44 7737637197  between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Returning unwanted products:

You have 14 days to return any products you don’t want to keep. Follow the simple steps below to return your item to us:

Package the items in the same way they were dispatched to you. Please include your order number in the return and a short note explaining why you are returning the order. If we don’t have your order number, we will not know who the order came from and refund will not be able to be processed.

Send the parcel back to us via courier service. The cheapest option for a return would be to use www.parcel2go.com

 

Once the parcel has arrived back with us in good condition, your return will be inspected by our returns team and your refund will be submitted. Please note the cost of return is to be covered by yourself.
